Joust the ticket
For the first time, Stonor will be hosting the Knights of Royal England for a weekend of jousting in the medieval park.
An exhilarating day is promised for the whole family, with flags flying, falconry displays, archery and dancing dragons, knights and their squires rushing from tent to the tournament.
Horse riding events will test courage and skill as well as the foot combat with medieval weaponry. Ladies of the court will be dressed in their finery and knights wearing their chain mail ready for a day of chivalry and competition. It will be an adrenaline-fuelled day as crowds watch magnificent beasts stride to tournament.
William Stonor said: ‘We are really excited to introduce this new event to our park. Our ancestor, the 1st Baron Camoys, Thomas de Camoys, commanded the left wing of the Army at the Battle of Agincourt; you will see him again represented on the day.’
An abundance of food and drinks stalls will be located around the main site.
Early bookers will receive a discount prior to the day; details can be found via https://www.stonor.com/events/medieval-jousting
All tickets will include:
