My background entails working as a Midwife and a Health Visitor. I have also attained a Psychology Degree and a Certificate in Counselling, therefore, I understand the importance of adopting a holistic approach to well-being.
Following on from gaining a VTCT in Reflexology, I also specialised in the maternity aspect which includes helping conception and improving health in the antenatal and postnatal areas (when minor ailments and changes in mood may be experienced).
