On your bike for charity

A charity bike ride has been lined up for 10 July, starting from Winslow and travelling around the Buckinghamshire countryside.

There are three rides for the more regular cyclist – 100 miles, 100 kms and 60kms – with three refreshment stops en route.

There are also two rides planned of 30kms and 20kms suitable for leisure riders or families stopping at local attractions along the way, namely Claydon House, The Green Dragon Eco Farm, the North Bucks Railway Centre and the Windmill at Quainton, offering special entries and deals on the day.

All routes are signposted with marshals at key junctions.

It has been organised by The Lions Club of Winslow, which has teamed up with the Winslow Wheelers Cycle ClubAll. Proceeds will go to Buckinghamshire Mind and charities supported by the Lions of Winslow.
